So it feels like forever since I've written anything! I've just been super busy lately! I'll catch you up better tomorrow but right now I feel like doing these-
Fill in the blank Friday.. or Sunday night..almost Monday 12am!
1. One thing I MUST do before I die is I'm going to have to copy my friend Lauren's answer with be a mom. Getting married was always my number one and now that I've found my love I can't wait to have kids with him in a few years! I watch other people's kids everyday for my job and can't wait to have my own to love on and raise! Oh and I really want to breed my horse within the next year or two as well..probably before I get preggers.
2. I would rather learn to live with less on one income so I can stay at home and raise my kids, then have more money financially and have other people raise them while I work.
3. If I could give my younger self one piece of advice it would be don't want to grow up so fast and plan everything out, enjoy whatever stage your in at that moment. It comes so much faster then you think so cherish wherever you're at!
4. If I won the lottery tomorrow I'd tithe it to my church, buy a house with lot's of land and a stable full of horses, have Race put the money into a bunch of investments, and then go travel and see the world!
5. The best surprise ever was when Race proposed. He really pulled one over on me and I didn't see it coming when I thought for sure he wouldn't be able to surprise me.
6. My biggest fault is I'm selfish. Marriage is teaching me so much about putting someone elses needs above my own and "dying to myself" everyday.
7. My biggest strength is I don't get stressed.
Now I'm going to answer some fun little questions my friend Lauren had on her blog ! She got it from Keeley's blog. Here we go-
The questions..
1. Are you more of a talker or a listener?
Talker for sure. I have to force myself to not think of what I'm going to say next when someone is talking. Gosh that's rude. I'm really trying to work on it! The best part is that I married someone who is just as talkative as me (if not more so) so it's good practice for me in listening.. and we provide great entertainment for each other and can talk for hours.
2. Bra. Underwire or wireless?
Underwire unless it's a sportsbra when I'm working out..
3. I wish I was.....?
Taller. Thinner. Had a smaller nose.
And most importantly I wish I was more Christ like.
4. The Academy Awards are on tonight..will you watch?
I didn't. Race and I went to our homegroup which was awesome and then we watched the Informant with Matt Damon. I was happy to read that the Hurt Locker did so well and that Sandra Bullock won for her performance in Blindside!
5. Do you put your deodorant on before or after you get dressed?
I guess it depends on what I'm wearing and how lazy I'm feeling. Usually before unless I think I might get streaks on my shirt.. if I'm wearing a tank top or low neck shirt I do it afterwards.
6. Would you rather do the dishes or clean toilets?
Toilets. I love a clean toilet! I like to clean it before I leave somewhere so it can sit for hours soaking up all the wonderful clean solutions!
7. How much did you weigh at birth?
7 lbs. 8 oz.
Talk about average!
8. If you could only buy one thing for the Spring/Summer season..what would it be?
Hmm I have a lot of summer clothes..so probably just a new pair of jeans or black Frye boots!
Whew that's it! I'll write more about my weekend later, but I need to hit the hay!

Two things I love around my home
Well apartment.. hopefully I can have my own home in the not too distant future:)
To join in with bacwoodsfern blog I picked two things I love in my apartment.
To join in with bacwoodsfern blog I picked two things I love in my apartment.
These birds I got at Michaels for 50% off!
I got some for the bathroom too.
They have them in all different colors and styles. I seriously debated on which ones to get forever! I think it was $11 for the four. I of course went there intending to buy stretcher bars for a painting I want to stretch and frame and came back with these guys too. That always seems to happen!
Yesterday was great. I got so much done! I cleaned, did laundry, went to the post office, grocery shopping, made dinner, and went to my last Loving and Respecting you Husbands Bible study. I wish I was that productive everyday. Working puts a kink in things. haha!
I love cleaning. I tried out my giant cob web tool and found it to be pretty fun! I've also become an obsessive vacuumer since my hubby is ao allergic to dust! His parent's house has a lot and he always breaks out in a sneezing fit after being there and is stuffed up for a week..so my goal is to keep this place clean and dust free for his sensitive little nose:) He tells me he gets allergies because his body is further along in the evolutionary process and has to find new things to react too. I'm fine with being behind then. I like my old fashioned allergy-free self! haha
I tried out a new recipe from my Cooking Light magazine. I've been getting it for a few months but yesterday was the first day I sat down and read it. I learned so many great tips and need to catch up on the others now!
I made blue cheese-stuffed chicken with buffalo sauce. It was easy and good and I put it in Race's lunch since he has a fridge and microwave there. My favorite part was the breadcrumbs it called for- panko (Japanese breadcrumbs). They had several different types at Fred Meyers and I'm now hooked! Normally I've just crushed up crackers instead of buying breadcrumbs but these were worth buying and not having to spend extra time crushing!
It sure doesn't look as good as the pic in the magazine humph!
Yum!
Well I hope everyone has a fabulous Wednesday! I need to get ready for work ay yi yi!

Why do I get into dumb shows?
I can't believe I did it.. but I actually got sucked in to the Bachelor this year and watched every episode I'm ashamed to admit! The past few years I'll watch like the last 2 or 3 epsiodes to see who I think I like and then who wins.
I'm just super annoyed at myself for wasting so much time on that show and watching a guy pick an easy girl who other girls and his family didn't like! I bet it won't work out..but how many relationships actually do from reality tv shows?! Here is a funny commentary breakdown of the episode if you're interested-NyDaily news I guess I'm mainly just excited I learned how to link something:)
haha did anyone watch "Joe Millionaire?" That was the best show ever. They acted like he was really wealthy and then had all these girls come and at the end when he picked one he told her he was just an average joe with little money! That show was probably my favorite reality show ever! Does anyone else get sucked into these?!
A show I am super excited about that starts in a few Sundays is Life on Discovery. I looooved Planet Earth and own it, and it looks basically like a continuation of that. I just know it'll be my new favorite and keep me from the temptation of watching Allie as the new Bachelorette:)
I have no work tomorrow so I'm planning on being super productive! I get frustrated with nannying because people don't think of it as a real job I guess and don't pay me when they cancel (some do thankfully).. do they not realize I'm out the money?! Especially on short notice. I should just join a nanny service and get consistency and benefits! Oh well someday it won't matter so much when Race is full time and making more money.. but right now at this stage in our lives we both need to be working and it hurts when I'm out a day!
Okay venting is over. Sorry about that:)
So tomorrow my goals are: I want to clean. read, bake, cook and if its not raining ride my horse! Then I have my final "Loving your Husband" Bible study tomorrow night. We'll see how much I can accomplish but my goals are set high with hopes of achieving all of them!
We had a fun weekend and I got to see friends, have a date with Race, and make some extra mulah watching my favorite boys:)
Earlier tonight I went to Paradise Bakery with my mom and then we met my friend Amanda to see the movie The Young Victoria. It was super good and I don't know why it was playing in so few theatres? It makes me want to go back to that time period and wear big dresses and dance in balls!
Last night Race and I watched Pride and Prejudice (the short one) and it put me in the go-back-in-time-mood as well. Will someone please invent a time machine already?! Honestly I don't know if I could handle it though with the lack of sanitation and cleanliness.. if I didn't live in the 21st century and wasn't so used to bathing everyday it might be different! But since I know how good I have it and how much I like being clean and how I can shave, scrub, clip, wax, and tweeze whenever I want, I might not like it.
Alright I'm tired. I need to start postin pictures. Probably why no one reads this or comments haha! It'll be easier when I have an iphone someday.. but I really need to start carrying my camera around to make this more interesting!
Goodnight.
